It was the early 1990s...I can still the guys now (and some girls); long and lanky, with their high-waist line pants...you know, the ones adorned with a ridiculous and unnecessary amount of belt loops, topped with a vertical logo and finished off with a baggy thigh and tight ankle. Apparently it was all about the pleat with The Z. Cavaricci Pant.
